We like to use local ingredients in our products, including hazelnuts from Cascade Hazelnuts,
walnuts from Eggers Acres, butter from Farmer's Cooperative Creamery,
and cream from Mallorie's Dairy and Alpenrose Dairy.
We share our McMinnville store and kitchen with a nice little restaurant called Orchards Bistro.
Their food is wonderful and not terribly expensive; many visitors compare it to the restaurants in Portland's Pearl District.
Sharlyn Design created our online store and she did an awesome job.
