TERMS & CONDITIONS (and other things you should know about) Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will take care of you. With that in mind, there are a few things you need to be aware of: During the day it is difficult to interrupt candy-making to check our website & e-mail, so we do most of our computer work at night. We will try very hard to get back to you as quickly as we can. We will hold up your shipment if the weather is too warm here in Oregon for chocolates. Unfortunately we don't have control over what happens at your end. If the chocolates sit in a hot mailbox they will melt. (If you work in an air-conditioned office, consider having the chocolates sent to your work address if there's any concern about temperature.) We cook and dip in VERY small batches to keep everything fresh. Which means occasionally we may run out of a product before we have a chance to update our website. However we also make new batches frequently, so the wait should not be too long. Unless... If certain key ingredients are seasonal or unavailable, we may not be able to ship that particular item. All our candies are made in small batches for freshness and quality. Store in a cool dry place (do not refrigerate) and enjoy by the date printed on the package. Please be aware that we use nuts, soy, dairy products, and egg whites in some of our chocolates. As always, please contact us if you have any questions.
