We like to use local ingredients in our products, including hazelnuts from Cascade Hazelnuts,
walnuts from Eggers Acres, and cream from Mallorie's Dairy.
We share our McMinnville store and kitchen with a nice little restaurant called Orchards Bistro.
Their food is wonderful and not terribly expensive; many visitors compare it to the restaurants in Portland's Pearl District.
On Wednesday nights Jonathan Swanson plays piano in the restaurant, accompanied by bassist Ed Seymour.
Jonathan's style is faithful to the traditional jazz standards, yet somehow he always makes them sound fresh.
Jonathan also runs Instep Music Recording Studios here in downtown McMinnville.
Sharlyn Design created our online store and she did an awesome job.
